Terrible customer service but the tyres were cheap and look good. Guess you get what you pay for! 4 tyres ordered. Was made to feel pretty stupid that I thought these would take 30mins to fit (as booked). Guy said it would be an hour but I only got 10 minutes change out of 2.

I have trusted three of my cars to F1 in Chichester since 2020 for tyre fitting and even some major work on a shock absorber collapse. The staff is professional and courteous. They provide clear instructions and also their time estimates are true. I will be using this garage for years changing tyres and shock absorbers. Once my service plan expires that is the place I will be taking my car. Highly recommend!

Tyres booked and paid for two tyre tracking. Garage fitted tyres but werent sure whether the tracking had been done, confirmed before I left. No print out available for receipt/confirmation of work, this was going to be emailed, not received.
