Disgraceful service, specifically Booked a 9am slot due to NHS work commitments and still waiting to be sorted at 11.30 !!!! Definitely won't be using this garage again and advise others to choose a different location.

Appointment was for 8.30am No-one was there to open until 9am It then took them a further 2 hours to change the tyres. No manager on site to speak to. I will not be returning to this garage for any of my vehicles.

I've used this garage twice before and normally very efficient in out in 30 minutes for 4 tyres fitting. Today however, 90 minute job with me waiting around. I only choose this garage for efficiency and time saving, not any more. Plus no toilet for customers.
