Time taken to change two tyre was 1 hour and 10 minutes Mechanic didnt put things back in the boot correctly after using the locking wheel nut which then had the screw etc tool kit rattling around the battery bay in the boot, quite annoying until I had fished the parts out off the battery bay!!

Pleasant customer service and welcoming. Reason not 5 stars is had tyres changed but got home and found wheel nut missing and cheap plastic tyre caps put on. Had to phone to enquire and then return to collect correct/missing items from car. Hoping this is an error. But 8 years of using ATS and always had everything returned correct items. If using, double check everything is right before leaving.

Absolutely awful Damaged my wheel, there was no marks at all, confronted them about it and they denied all knowledge of damaging my wheel. Reporting them to trading standards.
