I paid for a wheel alignment along with tyre fitting, but I have not received any proof that the alignment was actually carried out. When I requested a printout of the alignment report, I was informed that your printer was not working. I then asked for the report to be emailed to me, but I was told that this could only be done next week. This delay is unacceptable, as proof of alignment should be provided at the time of service. Given the lack of evidence, I have serious doubts that the alignment was performed as promised.

Tyre fitter looked and walked around uninterested as though he had all day, there was NO urgency to get the tyres fitted, its a good job they werent busy , nearly 45mins to fit 2 tyres . They dont even look new , see photos.

Excellent. Friendly. Prompt and good communication. Free wheel alignment check. Only pay if you need it adjusting, so better not to add to your order as it is much cheaper at the garage if needed at all.

Having booked the 8.30 to 12.30 fitting slot I heard nothing from the garage until I called them at 12 to find they were not planning on coming until the early afternoon. I then had to borrow a friends car and leave keys with someone else as I had an appointment. I returned back at 3pm to find they still had not attended and they they arrived at 4.30pm. Fitter was polite and friendly but timing very poor..

Nearly two and a half hours to fit tyres and then tried to charge me extra for fitting! Only if I hadnt challenged as to why I have to pay extra they would have got away with it. Heard good things but was let down personally
