Fitted new front tyres quickly and were polite, but they need to check their workmanship more carefully. When I got home I checked the tyre pressures - and they'd set the the tyre pressures to 39/40 PSI - the manufacturer specification is 32/33 PSI. If it had been a couple PSI over then fair enough, but 20% over is miles out, so either they didn't check or had their equipment set up inccrectly.

Absolutely shocking service Booked a am appointment thinking it was an open time to come along. To be told Id been given an appointment and because I was 30 minutes late Id completely missed my appointment and wouldnt be able to have the tyres fitted. Was spoken to like I was a 3 year old. Only cheaper than elsewhere because the service is non existent. Spend the extra and stick to an independent garage. These big corporations dont care about little us and our 300 jobs.

Requested and paid for mobile fitting - only for the fitter to say its not possible where i am and was unsafe and to follow him to the garage. I totally understand the need for safety but before booking perhaps you should be asked on the whereabouts of the mobile fitting, to deem safe or have requirements listed - as you pay extra for a service that can't always be delivered. The fitter was nice enough about it all and was very good at his job. Was actually quite quick for a guy by himself!

Nearly two and a half hours to fit tyres and then tried to charge me extra for fitting! Only if I hadnt challenged as to why I have to pay extra they would have got away with it. Heard good things but was let down personally
