Using Black Circles for our car was very easy and was able to order them The tyres were actually fitted 6 days earlier than sheduled,unfortunately the actual fitting took 2hrs 15 mins which in my experience far too long. The car sat on the ramp throughout most of this period with what appeared to be zero action taking place. The staff at the reception where very polite and very efficient in dealing with all customers involved.

Had a really friendly welcome and interactions at reception were very positive. Went in for a single tyre to be fitted. After fitting some advice was given to another tyre, also all the pressures were checked and tyres inflated correctly as part of the service today

Fitted new front tyres quickly and were polite, but they need to check their workmanship more carefully. When I got home I checked the tyre pressures - and they'd set the the tyre pressures to 39/40 PSI - the manufacturer specification is 32/33 PSI. If it had been a couple PSI over then fair enough, but 20% over is miles out, so either they didn't check or had their equipment set up inccrectly.

I ordered tyres online to be fitted by Mr Tyre as I have used them before. Reception staff were friendly enough and confirmed my order, they also gave an estimated fitting time of approximately 40 minutes which happened to be pretty accurate - I've been to other places in the past that keep you waiting for hours! No complaints with the service at all - efficient and friendly. Recommended.

Having booked the 8.30 to 12.30 fitting slot I heard nothing from the garage until I called them at 12 to find they were not planning on coming until the early afternoon. I then had to borrow a friends car and leave keys with someone else as I had an appointment. I returned back at 3pm to find they still had not attended and they they arrived at 4.30pm. Fitter was polite and friendly but timing very poor..

Requested and paid for mobile fitting - only for the fitter to say its not possible where i am and was unsafe and to follow him to the garage. I totally understand the need for safety but before booking perhaps you should be asked on the whereabouts of the mobile fitting, to deem safe or have requirements listed - as you pay extra for a service that can't always be delivered. The fitter was nice enough about it all and was very good at his job. Was actually quite quick for a guy by himself!

Did the work as expected in a timely fashion. My only slight criticism was the over paint of the tyre gunge they use to ease the rubber over the wheel rim. I appreciate they need to do this but maybe wipe down the spokes of the wheel after handling. When it dries it looks like alloy wheel damage!
