Dissapointing... The garage had no record of my appointment - apparently Blackcircles don't tell them to expect me. I had to leave car with them and return 2 hours later. Guy on front desk hasn't been to 'customer care' school. I'd rather have gone to the one that I previously have used in Havant but for some reason it's not available any longer? Frankly, this experience would make me question using Blackcircles again and I have been a very long term customer.

I had a pre-booked appointment at 8.30am. When I arrived they were ready for me and began work immediately. The work was completed by 10.00am. They provided a printed wheel-tracking report showing the adjustment I'd booked was necessary. They also replaced the wheel trim zip ties saving me the job, which was a nice touch. Staff also pointed me in the direction of a local cafe while the work was being done. I would definitely use again.
