Arrived within the allotted time window with a call half an hour before arrival. The engineer was quick and efficient, fitted the two front tyres and also addressed a problem I had with the spare. This was the first time I had used a mobile tyre fitting service, and will do so again.

Not an experience to be repeated. Got there at 0850 to be first in the queue. Car taken around the back at 0910. Advised it would be about an hour. Constant chasing and meaningless updates I left at 1105. Two hours to fit two tyres!
