Difficult to find - postcode takes you to a different part of the estate, no signage off the main road and nothing on the building says Hardy. But once I got there service was good, helpful and friendly reception and the tyre fitting was done very quickly. .

Tried to blag a full wheel alignment out of me. Didnt ask for a check but he told me they were all out and it would affect my fuel economy, tyre wear and handling. The current tyres had been on for over 46000 miles with completely even wear, it drives perfectly and I get over 65mpg. Not impressed.

The service was extremely good replacing my tyres well within the time window given for the appointment. They also recommended having the tracking done to extend the life of the new tyres demonstrating the issue on the test equipment and the correction after adjustment.

My appointment got changed at the last minute , which I can understand however to change days is one thing. I was Informed when I went there at the allocated time , this was not the garage doing . They can't see me for a further 50mins . This is websites fault. Thus timing is a thing here. Someone has to take responsibility over timings and how quick things are done . Other than that got what I required

Never used this garage previously, but had heard good reports. Reception is clearly marked so you know where to go upon arrival. Plenty of parking places for customers. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Comfy waiting area with coffee machine etc. Kept informed when my vehicle was going into workshop, whole process took about an hour. I have taken a photo of how my tyres looked before and after new tyres fitted.
