Tried to blag a full wheel alignment out of me. Didnt ask for a check but he told me they were all out and it would affect my fuel economy, tyre wear and handling. The current tyres had been on for over 46000 miles with completely even wear, it drives perfectly and I get over 65mpg. Not impressed.

My appointment got changed at the last minute , which I can understand however to change days is one thing. I was Informed when I went there at the allocated time , this was not the garage doing . They can't see me for a further 50mins . This is websites fault. Thus timing is a thing here. Someone has to take responsibility over timings and how quick things are done . Other than that got what I required

Never used this garage previously, but had heard good reports. Reception is clearly marked so you know where to go upon arrival. Plenty of parking places for customers. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Comfy waiting area with coffee machine etc. Kept informed when my vehicle was going into workshop, whole process took about an hour. I have taken a photo of how my tyres looked before and after new tyres fitted.

Congratulations on being the first company I've ever known in 33 years of driving to strip the locking wheel nut key. Left for two hours ten minutes with no updates on progress. If I had some indication on time, I would of left and come back. Get back to car, radio station has been changed and driver's seat completely repositioned (you drove it less than 20 metres). Now have to make another journey and wait yet again when the replacement nuts come in (they better be genuine parts). Do yourself a favour, avoid this place.
