Polite and did the job well, only slight issue was the organisation of appointments as it was unclear on the time your vehicle would get done, The guy was on his own and i had to leave my car with him until the afternoon , which wasn't a issue for me but could be for some. Overall great experience but the appointments could be better however he did tell me he tried to inform black circles our vehicles would need to be left with him for the day as he was on his own however Black Circles failed to let us know.
