Despite booking the appointment on line from the ATS calendar the reception staff were not expecting me saying they were having system issues . Luckily the tyres were available. Agreed call back once the work was complete and that was received. Fitting seems okay but the reception staff could do with some customer service skills. They were busy but there was no acknowledgment of my arrival, no eye contact etc. It takes a second to acknowledge a customer and say Ill be with you in a minute .

Really good. Took care of my dimond cut alloys. They didnt use air guns to take undo the wheels as standard. Inspected the wheels before they started and showed me existing damage. Really good customer care

The guys at Tyre Pros were great today. They managed to find me an early slot, after dropping off the car at 9am. A word of caution - if you book through Black Circle you get only a am or pm slot. Not offering a specific time slot is a bit ridiculous.

Fitter was friendly and good to deal with, rang ahead of arrival and did a good job. They unfortunately had an issue with the compressor in their van causing an oil spillage, but they cleaned it up and informed me of the issue. Another van was sorted and the job was still completed in a perfectly reasonable timeframe.
