This customer had 2 x Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres fitted here

Very poor service, over an hour to change 2 tyres. Valves were not replaced and two days later one of the tyres was flat. I hadnt read reviews before using this garage but whilst in the waiting area it became apparent after over hearing a management discussion that the garage is under performing and receives negative customer feed back.

Generally satisfactory customer experience. Only 1 guy there when I arrived- possibly because I had a 1.30 appointment who seemed rather snowed under with work. He was very pleasant and polite. Had 4 tyres fitted. Checked pressure on them when I returned home and all required inflation to the correct pressure which was rather disappointing.

No problem with the fitting of tyres. However, I was not called as arranged when the work was done to arrange collection. This seemingly small issue caused me a lot of inconvenience due to having to arrange transport to collect my car. As such I would not use the company again as I would not be confident that I would be informed when the work was completed.

Fitter was friendly and good to deal with, rang ahead of arrival and did a good job. They unfortunately had an issue with the compressor in their van causing an oil spillage, but they cleaned it up and informed me of the issue. Another van was sorted and the job was still completed in a perfectly reasonable timeframe.
