The attitude of the older gent who greeted me was appalling. 2 other customers were also being dealt with just after me and they were politely greeted by name and very courteously, perhaps that same courtesy should be extended to all customers not just known patrons. I was also thrown my keys over the desk with a 'there ye go' which meant your tyres have been fitted! Not very customer friendy at all!

I arrived to drop my car off and expected to be told that they would call me when it was ready. I was told that if I wanted to wait 20 minutes or so then it would be done right away. It actually took 30 minutes but good friendly and prompt service.
