Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all Blackcircles.com ran competitions. Please view our Facebook, Instagram & X (formerly Twitter) pages to enter.

1. The competition will run from the moment it is published on Facebook, Instagram, and/or X until the date & time specified within the post.

2. The competition prize is as specified within the post.

3. To obtain an entry into the competition an entrant has multiple different ways – unless another entry method is specified within the post – these include liking, commenting, sharing or tagging in a friend or family member on the post.

4. The winner will be drawn after the competition ends and contacted publicly on the posts. On Instagram and X, the winner will be sent a direct message where possible.

5. Should Blackcircles.com be unable to make contact with a winner within 4 days or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

7. Winners will be drawn from all social media entries (i.e. retweets and comments unless stated otherwise) at random.

8. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Blackcircles.com, the prize sponsors, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

9. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the claimant agrees to abide by these rules.

10. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Blackcircles.com.

11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Blackcircles.com and accordingly Blackcircles.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Blackcircles.com as a result thereof.

12. Unless otherwise stated, the prize excludes transportation, accommodation and any other incidental costs.

13. Blackcircles.com reserves the right to withdraw and competition/ promotion at any time.

UGC Terms & Conditions

We love seeing photos of where your Blackcircles tyres take you on social media!

That’s why we ask for permission to use your images and videos to show Blackcircles.com products and services in real life. We may use them across a variety of Blackcircles.com digital or physical mediums as detailed below.

By replying to our request with the hashtag #YesBlackcircles, you grant Blackcircles a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence use any image or video you respond with using #YesBlackcircles (referred to hereafter as ‘content’)

By submitting the content, you grant Blackcircles.com to

Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, crop, subtitle, dub, combine with other content, and publish the content
Use the uploaded content in any media now known or developed in the future

This licence includes, but is not limited to, use in:

Advertising and paid media
Social media and digital platforms
Website and app content
Event and retail environments
Email marketing
Public relations and press
Internal communications and presentations
Recruitment and employer branding

You confirm that:

It is original content that you own all rights to,
You have obtained permission from anyone identifiable in the content to transfer the rights mentioned above,
It does not contain images of children under the age of 18,
The use of the content by Blackcircles.com does not infringe on any third-party rights or break any laws.
You have bought the featured products or services from Blackcircles.com

You waive any moral rights they may have in relation to the media, to the extent permitted by law. You release Blackcircles.com from any obligation to pay you for the use of your content and waive any intellectual property claims related to the uses described above. You also agree to hold Blackcircles.com and any affiliated parties harmless against any claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise in connection with our use of the content.

To revoke usage of content found on our social channels, you may highlight the content to [email protected] and we will review the report & take appropriate action. In the instance of content being used for print mediums, we may be unable to revoke usage due to time and cost.
