How long will the fitting take?

There is no set time on how long it takes to fit a tyre. As a general rule of thumb, it should take around thirty minutes per tyre – keep this in mind when booking a tyre fitting, especially if you require 4 tyres fitted and have a busy schedule.

The reason it is difficult to provide an exact time is that each fitment can vary depending on a tyre’s size, the size of your vehicle’s wheels and the vehicle itself.

How long does it take to change 1 tyre?

Typically, it takes about 15-30 minutes to change one tyre. However, this can vary depending on several factors such as the experience of the person changing the tyre, the type of vehicle, the condition of the tyre, and the tools available.

How long does it take to change 2 tyres?

If you need to change two tyres, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. The time required may depend on the same factors as mentioned earlier.

How long does it take to change 3 tyres?

Changing three tyres usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. The time required for changing three tyres will also depend on the same factors mentioned earlier.

How long does it take to change 4 tyres?

To change all four tyres, it usually takes between 1-2 hours, depending on the factors mentioned earlier.

When you turn up for your appointment, our garages will be able to give you clearer idea of how long your appointment will take.
