My tyres are much larger than the average tyre - 4x4 all terrain. Even though they can easily require two people to manipulate them comfortably, nothing was too much trouble for the garage operative. I watched most of the procedure and was very impressed with the care taken and the level of conscientiousness displayed by the staff.

900 of Damage. Rubbish customer service. Not one phone call returned. Want to refurb a wheel that has been advised its not safe to do & why should I accept a repair, void my warranty & have a different colour wheel. Take my advice & buy elsewhere.

The fitting centre was clean, and I was made welcome. The job took about 40 mins and all OK. BUT.. As I was handed my fob, the fitter suggested that the wheel alignment be checked. I asked for the price. He said 65. I replied that was too expensive. He immediately said he would do it for a reduced price. I asked how much, he rplied 40. I refused on principle. Bad business practice. I won't go to them again. Tyres and wheel balance are fine. Clive Austen.

Overall it was easy as dropping the car off and walking away. I was told it would be 90 minutes but they would call me when it was done, no one called. So when it got to the two hour mark i called them and its been sitting waiting for me for the last hour, just an update would have been nice. But overall great job.

Formular 1 in Bury st Edmunds was brilliant from start to finish. The first time I went the wrong tyres were delivered, and they put my van back together with no fuss at thier own expense. Then the second time only 3/4 tyres were delivered again we made a plan to have the 4th fitted another day. They also did my front wheel alignment a second time under warranty without any complaint.

Ordered two tyres for home installation and was advised it would be between 08.30 and 12.30. Called Blackcircles at 12.35 to ask when the technicians would be arriving. Was informed that ATS Euromaster didn't have enough available staff that day, so the appointment had been cancelled, although nobody had bothered to tell me. Eventually got the fitting scheduled for the end of the day - and they did arrive this time. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the call centre operator was very helpful. Overall a poor experience.

Shame you have leave any stars. Absolutely useless. Couldn't find booking when they did they complained I was 2 hours late for a time we weren't aware of and said we would have to wait at least another 3 hours.
