Unfortunately I picked up a screw in the sidewall of a brand new tyre... Friendly blokes, paid attention to the fact my alloys were brand new refurbished and took extra care to ensure they didn't damage them (unlike the last tyre fitters...), nice quick job, very happy with the service.

Guy who fitted the tyres was absolutely fine when he came, fitted them quickly with no issues, however it was a morning appointment and the fitter eventually turned up at 3.30pm with no phone call to say he was running late, or an apology for being late when he arrived.

My car was booked in to fit 2 new front tyres and front wheel tracking. I arrived 15 minutes early for my allotted time and left the car to do some shopping. 50 minutes later I got a call to say my car was ready. Wow. Excellent service. I expected to wait at least an hour. Very friendly and very efficient.
