The fitter used an impact gun on my locking wheel nut key which destroyed it and the locking wheel nut then had the temerity to attempt to blame me for having the nuts too tight! They refused to accept responsibility for their badly trained fitter and it took my garage 2 hours to smash all four locking wheel nuts off ( as the key was completely useless now)

I used Protyre in Fareham for many years and have been to Protyre a couple of times in recent times, as more local to me and I knoew a couple of the guys there. A great bunch of guys and great service and they fitted my tyres as arranged, with no issues.

Very disappointing I turned up to my appointment at 9.15am ready for the booked appointment at 9.30am I returned at 10.40am to see my car with no tyres on the back (when I stated to the staff it was the 2 front tyres that needed replacing) I told the staff this. I then had to wait another 1hr and 15min for the correct job to be carried out.

Receptionist very rude. There was nowhere to sit and wait for the tyres to be fitted we were told to go away and come back in about an hour. It was freezing cold and a fifteen minute walk to the nearest shops.

Good prompt and very professional service, I used Turnpike tyres years ago under the old management which was not a memorable experience and Im pleased to say I would use them again now, much better and close to home. Much better under new ownership!
