Arrived as they opened, they assumed I was the Black Circles booking. Car was immediately taken into the garage for the tyres to be fitted. They also carried out a complementary checking check and I drove drove away 40 mins later. Couldn't fault it.

Tyre was fitted, though the lads seems to have a mare and mucked about with a wheel they didn't need to. They lost my wheel nut covers in the process, but offered to buy replacements. Bit hectic, Friday rush perhaps. Customer service was friendly and professional despite the lads on the shop floors shenanigans.

Tyres massively under inflated when I picked the car up. Rang and informed them and even their system says the should be at 39psi and not the 32 they were left at. Tyre soap all around the tyre and wheel rim

I appreciated the fitters' honesty, they inspected my existing tyres, said I did not need to replace them. I ordered the tyres after an advisory on an MOT, (which was done by Kwik Fit). Fitters said there was 5.5mm left on them, thousands of miles left, so to replace them would be wasteful.
