I arrived on time and presented my documentation only to be told they knew nothing about the appointment but would look to see if they could fit me in, they said they have been having a lot of trouble with Blackcircles. I asked them if they had the tyres, he replied dont know unless they were silvered this morning! The mechanic who fitted the tyres had filthy/greasy trousers on and failed to protect the seat in my car!

Really good service. Got there, straight in and two tyres changed in about 10 minutes. If I was critical I could say the waiting area was a bit grubby but then again its a garage not a hotel. Staff also really polite and courteous.

Quick and efficient, just a general lack of customer engagement/service. Instructed to drive car into garage which is all good, but when collecting I just get told the keys are on the front wipers, and that was it. Used to cars bring driven out for you, so you're not reversing in a workshop, but not in this case.
