Since this garage has been taken over the customer service is very rude (black haired receptionist has a bad attitude) and dont treat loyal customers well. They need to sort out their booking system and give a more adaptive service to loyal customers just like when it was family owned. They have lost my custom after I have been going there for 20 years with cars and motorbikes. Well done Protyre for destroying a business.
