When i arrived they could not find my booking but eventually said they would "fit me in" even though i had an appointment booked. I was 10 mins late but that shouldn't affect a booking. This has happened before with Black Circles bookings where the garage does not know of the booking. I was given no information about the old tyre and simply given the key at the end with no invoice. They fitted the tyre fine but apart from that they could use some lessons in customer service.

The mobile technician was fine, prompt and got the job done quickly and originally seemed fine. When driving home my tyre pressure sensor went off. upon getting home I checked my tyre pressures on the two tyres that had been replaced to find that one tyre was at 1.8 Bar and the other was at 1.6. The correct pressure for my car should be 2.3 Bar. This unacceptable to have tyres fitted and not even have the correct air pressure in them, it is not just an inconvenience it is also unsafe. I will not be using this garage again.

The staff are friendly over the phone, but in person theyre not at all. They gain your trust and custom over the phone, then theyre condescending in person and very unhelpful. They dont even have black wheel weights for black rims, which is terrible. I had to ask them to check the tracking, nothing was offered. They even put my rims on the opposite sides, which I didnt ask for, and Im sure thats adjusted my camber slightly, not happy about that. The whole experience was hard work, and theres no chance Id consider coming back.
