1. Being made to wait 2.5 hours to change 2 tyres and front wheel alignment is too long when an up front booking and payment had already been made 2. Dirt was left on the cream leather and steering wheel 3. No seat or floor covers used 4. A return visit was required to have a dust cap put onto the valve (was there on arrival, missing when left) 5. Despite booking being made, it did not feel as if I was expected.

Appalling. Couldnt find the booking and then when they did eventually find it took over 1hr 45mins to even start the work. At least they had the tyres when I got there unlike the last garage I went to with black circles which is the only reason I ended up here in the first place. I would not choose this place voluntarily; 3 hrs of my life Ill never get back for two tyres and an alignment.

The mobile technician was fine, prompt and got the job done quickly and originally seemed fine. When driving home my tyre pressure sensor went off. upon getting home I checked my tyre pressures on the two tyres that had been replaced to find that one tyre was at 1.8 Bar and the other was at 1.6. The correct pressure for my car should be 2.3 Bar. This unacceptable to have tyres fitted and not even have the correct air pressure in them, it is not just an inconvenience it is also unsafe. I will not be using this garage again.

Although reception was a bit curt on arrival. ( Mainly due to me being late this was because I was sent the appointment time 30 mins before I was due. I was out with the dogs and coming another town) The garage staff themselves were helpful and sorted me in good time.

The staff are friendly over the phone, but in person theyre not at all. They gain your trust and custom over the phone, then theyre condescending in person and very unhelpful. They dont even have black wheel weights for black rims, which is terrible. I had to ask them to check the tracking, nothing was offered. They even put my rims on the opposite sides, which I didnt ask for, and Im sure thats adjusted my camber slightly, not happy about that. The whole experience was hard work, and theres no chance Id consider coming back.
